Dr. Skop has published peer-reviewed research on maternal health and abortion, provided expert testimony at the state and federal levels, and continues to advocate for evidence-based women's healthcare. She is married to a physician and is the mother of three children.

Dr. Ryan Cole, MD, is a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist and Senior Fellow with the Independent Medical Alliance. With more than 20 years of experience in dermatopathology and molecular diagnostics, he completed his residency and fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic before founding Cole Diagnostics in Boise, Idaho, in 2004. His independent laboratory processes tens of thousands of patient samples each year, and he is widely recognized for his expertise and contributions to pathology and laboratory medicine.

Leslie Manookian is the founder and president of the Health Freedom Defense Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting health freedom through education, advocacy, and litigation. Under her leadership, the organization has successfully challenged several government and private-sector medical mandates, including the federal travel mask mandate. A former Wall Street executive, documentary filmmaker, and qualified homeopath, she also wrote and produced the award-winning film The Greater Good. Leslie serves on multiple nonprofit boards and is a frequent speaker and media commentator on health freedom and public policy issues.

Shaun J. Gillis, MD, is a board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. Born and raised in small town Montana, she graduated from Montana State University with both a BS and MS in microbiology. She earned her medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester/Strong Memorial Hospital in New York. She moved right back to Montana and has been in active practice here since 2003. No stranger to advocacy, Dr. Gillis is a past president of the Montana Medical Association and has served at the state and national level with the American College of Ob/Gyns. Dr. Gillis has been a long-time member of the American Association of Pro-life Ob/Gyns and is an advocate for moms and babies here and in East Africa with Save the Mothers, a national non-profit organization she chairs.

Representing Senate District 3, Carl Glimm was born in Conrad, Montana with a Bachelors of Science in construction engineering technology from Montana State University. He is a builder and the President of Glimm Homes Custom Home Builders. He has served in the Montana House of Representatives from 2013-2020 and served in the Montana Senate since 2021.

Dr. Bob Quinn's roots run deep into the rich soil of Big Sandy, Montana, where he returned after earning a PhD in plant biochemistry from UC Davis to apply his scientific knowledge to the family farm. From his return in 1978, Bob embarked on a transformative journey that led him to convert his entire farm of over 3000 acres to a regenerative organic system in just three years, from 1986 to 1988. At the same time he pioneered Kamut International, a thriving business that turned an ancient grain into a global superfood synonymous with health and community.

Jessica Rodgers, MSW, is the Coalitions Director for the Patients Rights Action Fund, a national, secular, non-partisan leader defending the rights of patients, people with disabilities, our elders, and the poor from the threat of legalized assisted suicide. PRAF is a 501(c)(4) not for profit corporation. With personal experience as a caregiver in a state with legal assisted-suicide, she has seen first-hand how these laws undermine the doctor-patient relationship. Jessica has a long history of non-profit advocacy, most recently running a program for college students with disabilities. She holds a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in gerontology and lives in Albany, NY.

Derek Oestreicher serves as Chief Legal Counsel for the Montana Family Foundation, where he works to defend faith, family, and freedom across Montana. An attorney and public policy advocate, Derek focuses on constitutional rights, religious liberty, parental rights, and the protection of human life. He provides legal analysis and strategic counsel on some of the most consequential cultural and policy issues facing Montana families.

Patrick Webb serves as Grassroots Director for the Montana Family Foundation, where he works to equip and mobilize Montanans to stand for faith, family, and freedom. He leads grassroots outreach across the state, connecting citizens, churches, and communities with opportunities to engage on the issues affecting Montana families. Patrick is passionate about building a strong network of informed and engaged citizens who are prepared to make a difference in their communities.

Robin Sertell is an author, speaker, pro-life advocate, and survivor of three saline abortion attempts. She is the founder and Chair of Montanans for Life, where she works to advance pro-life advocacy and legislation across Montana. A former Education Coordinator for the Abortion Survivors Network, Robin now shares her story to give a voice to abortion survivors and affirm the value and dignity of every human life.

Representative Tom Millett serves Montana House District 2, representing the Libby area. A Persian Gulf War veteran, Millett served in the U.S. Navy and is a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power Program. He brings more than 40 years of experience in the nuclear, electrical, power generation, and telecommunications industries to his service in the Montana Legislature.
