TICKETS & REFUNDS

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Registration cancelled on or after September 18th are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to September 18th are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.

What happens if I can’t attend?

If you are unable to attend and it is past the refund deadline, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the name change at least 48 hours before the event.

Are there sponsorship opportunities and vendor booths at Montana Life Summit?

Sponsorship opportunities are available here. Due to limited space, we are unable to provide booths outside of organizations we have expressly invited to table. For any sponsorship level though, we will provide the opportunity to share one piece of organizational material for attendee packets.

What Hotel recommendations do you have?

We have a limited room block available at DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Helena located at 22 N Last Chance Gulch. You may access this room block here  or use Group code CDSLM when booking.

What are the location details for Montana Life Summit 2026?

What is the attire for the Montana Life Summit?

Attire for the conference is business casual.

Are meals included with the registration?

Yes. Depending on what days you register for, meals are provided in every ticket price.

POLICIES

Is there a code of conduct for the Montana Life Conference?

Yes. The Montana Life Summit is a forum where organizations and leaders can discuss ideas and issues, and delve deep into the issues common to our organizations. As such, every attendee must agree to speak in a civil manner when presenting at or attending Montana Life Summit 2026, without disparaging other attending individuals or organizations. Every attendee must exercise professionalism, consideration, and respect in their speech and actions. Montana Life Summit 2026 Steering Committee Member Organizations reserve the right to ask guests to leave the event if they do not follow this guidance.

Can media attend the Montana Life Summit?

No media will be allowed in Montana Life Summit Conference events for 2026.

What are the photography, video and social media policies?

Attendees may take photographs or post updates on social media as appropriate from Montana Life Summit 2026, without disclosing the specific location. Attendees may not record any session without prior written permission from an MTLS Steering Committee Member. Please use discretion—do not post another organization’s confidential or strategic information that could harm their organization or efforts. By completing the registration process, you understand that you may be photographed, taped or recorded. You grant permission for MTLS Steering Committee Organizations to use your image or voice in all forms and media as permitted by law. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image or voice or the written copy that may be used in connection with either.

Are there any other policies I should be aware of?

Wi-Fi Access: The venue may prove complimentary wi-fi access which will login details will be available upon arrival to the event.

What if I lose my belongings at the event?

MTLS Steering Committee Organizations accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property at the MT Life Summit 2026.

Lanyards and name badges

You will be provided with a name badge and lanyard upon registration. Wearing your lanyard and name badge is required at all times to attend every session at the conference.
