What is the refund policy?
Registrations cancelled on or before September 17th are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
What happens if I can’t attend?
If you are unable to attend and it is past the refund deadline, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the name change at least 48 hours before the event.
Travel & Parking
What are the parking options at the Montana Heritage Center?
Ample free parking is available in the main lot directly adjacent to the Montana Heritage Center. Over-flow parking is also available in the nearby state capitol complex lots.
Do you have hotel suggestions in Helena?
We recommend the Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel or the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Helena, both located a short distance from the venue.
Event Details
What are the daily start and end times?
Sessions typically begin at 9:00 AM each morning and conclude by 5:00 PM. Registration opens at 8:00 AM on the first day.
Is there a dress code for the summit?
Dress code is business casual. We recommend comfortable attire for a full day of sessions and networking.
Are meals included with the registration?
Yes, lunch and morning/afternoon coffee breaks are included for both days of the summit. Please mention any dietary restrictions during registration.
